There is a spacious seating area with a comfortable sofa and chairs, and a nice dining area with 8 chairs and a large table.
The kitchen is fully equipped: a large fridge-freezer, a gas hob, an oven, a rice cooker, a toaster, a coffee machine, a microwave and a washing machine.
The master bedroom has a large TV with Wi-Fi, a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and toilet. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet.
From the kitchen you access the spacious terrace with private pool, where you will find a large table with 8 chairs and a barbecue.

The villa is just a few minutes (by taxi or scooter) from the centre of Pattaya with its large shopping malls, famous nightlife, street markets, golf courses and beautiful beaches.

The property has 24/7 security and night surveillance. The property is close to a main road with plenty of good restaurants and bars, including an Irish pub, a supermarket, a fresh market, a German bakery (fresh bread every morning), ATMs, shops and massage parlours, all just a few minutes' walk from the villa.
Upon arrival, we will welcome you to the villa and give you information about Pattaya and the surrounding area.
Beds are made and 4 towels are provided for each bedroom. The fridge is stocked with 24 bottles of drinking water on arrival.
We offer a FREE daily cleaning service; our cleaners will come and clean for you every day for up to 2 hours and after 6 nights we will provide clean sheets and change towels.
