This comfortably furnished wooden house is about 15 metres from a 150-hectare lake, Sandsjönn, and was completed in September 2012.
On the west side of the house there is a 20m² roofed terrace with a view over the lake. The site measures around 2000m² and is bordered on three sides by the shore. There is an annex with a sauna and a second shower. Three parking spaces are available.
The house has a living room with a kitchen unit, three bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine, as well as a guest WC.
