The space
A stunning 4 bedroom luxury private villa with a privileged, unique and very exclusive location on the island of Madeira. It has a large living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, indoor elevator and outdoor parking for two cars.
The exteriors are spacious and open onto the sea, with a swimming pool, lush gardens, a dining area and a unique view of the sea.
Guest access
La Villa guests have access to The Cliff Bay hotel (5 stars), located right next door and accessible through a connecting door in the garden.
Breakfast at the hotel is included as you can also access the hotel facilities, namely direct access to the sea, outdoor and indoor/outdoor pools, gym, SPA and restaurants and bars.
Other things to note
Daily cleaning included.
Additional services available at an extra cost, such as private dinners with Chef.

There will be substantial construction work at The Cliff Bay Hotel (located right next door to La Villa) between 10:30am and 6:30pm daily and it will cause considerable noise during the stay
