This fully Solar Powered upper level casa offers 360 degree ocean and mountains views. Set back on the hill above La Punta, CasaNuez2 offers tranquility while being just a short 5-7 minute drive from restaurants, beaches, surf etc.
Wake up to chirping birds and ocean views from the comfy bed. Sip your cocktail on the hammock while watching the sun dip into the distance, soak up some sunshine on the loungers or work from the space with our STARLINK internet.
Our air open living space is luxuriously decorated with handmade wood furniture, ambient lighting, and all the necessary things you need to enjoy your stay. A cool breeze runs through the palapa offering reprieve from the hot humid days.
During rain season, our large screens give you both shelter and privacy from the rain and surroundings.
Our lockable bedroom and en suite is bright, light and spacious, making full use of the amazing mountain and ocean views. Fall asleep in the comfort of A/C or enjoy the breeze with the fan and netted windows.
You will have access to the upper level of the Casa have access to both the 2nd and 3rd floor. Pool use is exclusively for the lower level Casa.

Located on the hill above La Punta, this beautiful undeveloped area is tranquil and quiet. Perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind away from the loud crowds, but still have quick and east access to all the amenities and tourist elements Puerto Escondido has to offer.
You will need transportation to get to and from the house. There is a local Collectivo that can drop you off about 10 min walk from the Casa. Car or scooter recommended. Please keep in mind that wet season makes the roads in the area muddy.
Lower level- the lower level casa is booked separately and NOT for use by the second floor renters.
Due to the ever evolving growth in Puerto Escondido, we cannot control construction in surrounding areas and possible noise. Our home offers a tranquil space and privacy within the limits of what we can control.
CasaNuez2 is an indoor outdoor space. That means bugs, spiders, geckos, scorpions and like animals. We love them and they add to the beauty of what we have here at the Casa- A natural space with elevated luxury.
