The ground floor is dedicated to the sleeping quarters, featuring three inviting bedrooms—two with queen-size beds and one with two single beds—all with direct access to a surrounding veranda. The veranda includes an outdoor shower, perfect for refreshing after a day at the beach. The upper floor is designed for relaxation and entertaining, comprising a living area with a sofa, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area opens onto spacious outdoor spaces, including two terraces complete with a dining area, barbecue, and relaxation zone. Additionally, a solarium with deck chairs and a small table provides a tranquil spot to soak in the sun and enjoy panoramic views.
Modern amenities include free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, heat pump heating, and air conditioning. Guests also have access to two outdoor parking spaces within the property.
