VillaMore presents Villa Bay Emirs, a strikingly modern villa nestled just moments from the sea in Cefalù, Sicily. This villa has undergone a meticulous restoration and is adorned with tasteful furnishings, promising unparalleled comfort. The ground floor of the villa is a haven of contemporary design, featuring a spacious open-plan living area complete with a plush sofa, television, and dining table. The heart of this space is the fully-equipped island kitchen, boasting an oven, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A convenient toilet is also situated on this level.
Ascending the stairs, guests will discover the tranquil sleeping quarters, comprising five bedrooms. Four of these bedrooms offer queen-size beds, televisions, and private ensuite bathrooms with showers. The fifth bedroom features two single beds, accommodating a variety of guest needs.
The villa's garden is a true highlight, featuring a lush lawn and a covered terrace patio equipped with a dining area and kitchenette. Situated within a residential complex, the villa benefits from concierge service, two swimming pools (including one for children), and access to two private beaches.
For added convenience, the villa is equipped with a washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. Guests also have the use of two outdoor parking slots directly in front of the property.
Please note, the shared swimming pools are open from July 1st to September 15th, and swimming caps may be required.

- Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00, to be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
- Check-out is by 10:00.
- Late check-in may be possible, subject to availability and an additional fee (€20 to €40 for arrivals post 20:00).
- Parties or events are not permitted.
- No smoking indoors or outdoors.
- No pets allowed.
- A Final Cleaning Fee of €500 is applicable.
