In charming Polignano a Mare, Casa Marevino is a lovely flat, just outside the historic centre. You will love its location, slightly off-centre, Â just a few metres from a large car park, but most of all you will appreciate its sea view!
An independent doorway leads to the first floor reachable through a flight of stairs, with two bedrooms, the master bedroom very bright, with tuff vaulted ceilings and a sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a bathroom with a large shower serving the two. Upstairs, through a further flight of stairs you access the kitchen also with wonderful sea view, equipped with every comfort. Bathroom with shower. Access to the private terrace with kitchen, barbecue and a large table for outdoor dining with a view of the typical local lanes. A staircase leads to the second small terrace with a wide view of the sea, equipped with comfortable chaise longues, where you can admire the colours of Polignano a Mare's unique sunsets.
In just 3 minutes walking, you will reach the centre, where you can find several l restaurants serving typical cuisine, ice-cream shops and boutiques . Casa Marevino is 5 minutes from Monopoli, 10 minutes from Castellana Grotte, 30 minutes from Bari, important for its airport, but also for its authentic historic centre. Â
