The villa is located on the surrounding hills of Lucca at less than 15 mins driving from the town centre.
It is conveniently located, with easy access to Pisa and Florence, to the beaches at Forte dei Marmi, and to the undiscovered northern tip of Tuscany, Garfagnana and Lunigiana. This pretty house is in a very peaceful position surrounded by lawns and olive groves and with a lovely top view of the countryside. The Hayloft, a few metres from the house, has been converted to provide additional accommodation and the property has been provided with Wi-fi internet connection.
