Located on the first floor of a period building with elevator access, the apartment opens into a generous living area with vaulted ceilings, semi-circular lounge seating, and direct access to a charming sea-view balcony. From here, you enter a second living space with a fully equipped kitchen and central island, along with a dining table that can also double as a workspace thanks to its separate location.
The sleeping area includes a large master bedroom and a second sleeping zone with a French bed, cleverly separated by a wardrobe system. The bathroom is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a toilet, bidet, double sink, and shower. 2 additional people can be accomodated in the 2 sofa beds in the living room.
