Villa Bellavista Poletti is a newly built holiday home on its own fenced plot of 4500 m2 in the village of Markovac, approx. 14 km from Poreč and 11 km from the sea. In Višnjan, 3 km away, there is the nearest shop, a typical Istrian tavern, a pharmacy and much more.

The house was built in 2014, is surrounded by greenery and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The owner of the house is a famous Istrian winemaker. His family house and wine cellar are only 50 metres away from the villa, so he is always available for his guests.
