Lovely little stone house Croatie - Primorje Gorski Kotar - Dobrinj

Old stone house on two levels located at the foot of the old church of Dobrinj, close to the center. It features a terrace overlooking the scrubland, a 10-minute drive from Čižići Bay.

The space
Old stone house built on rocks. It's one of the last houses in the city before the gigantic maquis that stretches to the sea.
The ground floor includes a living room with kitchen, fridge and washing machine, the 1st floor two bedrooms (one for two people and one for one person), a child bed and a bathroom with toilet. A 17m² terrace with pergola and virgin vineyard completes the ground floor.
The two levels do not communicate from the inside.
Guest access
During the summer months, non-residents' vehicles are prohibited from entering the streets of the city centre. It is therefore necessary to park your vehicle in one of the two car parks located along the main road n° 5087 (one in front of the cemetery and one below).
The walk from these car parks tothe center takes between 5 and 10 minutes and allows you to discover the old houses of the village and the surrounding landscape.
However, access is difficult for people with mobility issues.
Other things to note
The house is located on a street that is difficult to reach for the elderly or has reduced mobility.
To go from one level to the other, you have to go outside.
