This comfortable villa for 6 persons is located in the place Kosinožići, 3,5 km away from Poreč.

To its guests the villa offers a swimming pool, a spacious terrace and parking places for three cars. Private parking secured inside property. The swimming pool and the garden are maintained once a week.

The house is newly built and furnished with modern furniture. Located on an own peace of land, the Villa Nina is a villa for 6 persons with in total 120 m². Cot is available on your request. Smoking is not permitted inside the house but only outside. Cash box is available for your valuables. Visitors of Villa Nina will need a car as the village is not accessible by public transport. Minimum period of rental in July and August is 7 days.
