Originally designed by renowned Croatian architect Nikola Bašić and recently renovated, the villa showcases clean architectural lines, carefully considered spatial design, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Built as a family home rather than a speculative rental, it offers lasting construction quality, generous proportions, and a refined yet relaxed Mediterranean ambiance.
Spanning 240 sqm across two levels, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in four spacious bedrooms, with multiple living areas that provide both privacy and inviting spaces for gathering. A distinctive feature is the presence of two fully equipped kitchens, making it an ideal choice for multi-generational families or two families sharing the property.
The outdoor area ensures complete privacy and relaxation with a private swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, and outdoor shower, surrounded by a landscaped Mediterranean garden with fig, lemon, lavender, and pomegranate trees. Guests are welcome to enjoy seasonal fruits and herbs. The covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and BBQ grill is perfect for al fresco evenings, while the indoor wellness facilities include a Finnish sauna with a dedicated shower. Large glass openings connect the main living space to the terrace and pool, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor lifestyle typical of high-end Mediterranean homes.
The ground floor features an air-conditioned living room with a 65” Smart TV, a fully equipped main kitchen (including Nespresso machine, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and complete cookware), dining area, bathroom, sauna, and laundry room. Upstairs, four air-conditioned bedrooms (two configurable as twin or double), a second kitchen, an additional living room, two modern bathrooms, and a private balcony with partial sea views provide comfort and flexibility.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Small pets are allowed upon request only, limited to small breeds, with a dog fee of €50 per stay for stays up to 7 days (more than 7 days free of charge).
