This detached holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach, in a quiet location on a residential street with little traffic in the picturesque fishing village of Novigrad - Dalmatia in the district of Crnopalj.

The nearby river Zrmanja (20 min.) offers a wonderful rafting area for active holidaymakers. Hiking tours and jeep safaris are offered in the neighbouring Verlebit Mountains.

Car parking is available at the house and the host's washing machine can also be used by prior arrangement (for a fee).
