Located in Sithonia, one and a half hours away from Thessaloniki International Airport (SKG), Villa Valia is set to be an ideal place to enjoy your stay in Greece, while lingering in the shade taking in the special atmosphere of this residence. Protected by the lush vegetation, it is an excellent choice for total freedom and privacy.
The space:
A house based on the traditional Macedonian design that consists of unique decoration where each element has its own story. Covering an area of 1000 sqm, the 140 sqm property is a two-storey apartment and offering space for up to 10 guests.
The first-storey includes a well-equipped kitchen with a living room and a bathroom followed by another great living space of 60 sqm where the guests can enjoy the local scenery. The upper floor includes two different bedrooms and a second bathroom.
Outside the place, a wooden pavilion is built offering the guests a place to relax. On a lower level of the property, a private swimming pool with salt water pumped from the sea, is provided while the guests can also follow a path leading to the seaside and a private coast.
Moreover, the property is equipped with a private parking area of a decent magnitude.

Guests will be met and greeted in order to obtain the keys upon arrival and a brief presentation of the property’s insights will be held. Moreover, sufficient information about activities around the area and places of interest to visit can be provided for their ease.
