Chez Kari is newly refurbished (2018) and is open, light and bright without clutter. The kitchen and dining area is spacious, has Scandinavian design and all appliances, there is a also a cozy lounging area in the kitchen.

The bedroom is lovely, with a King-Size bed with luxury mattress, and it's own air-condition.

The living room is also spacious, and holds two super comfortable sofas. One can turn into very comfortable sofa-bed. (140 cm).

The view is stunning and you are only steps away from landmarks, attractions, all types of restaurants, boutiques and transport. The beach is very close, less than a 10 minutes walk.
The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of an old, typical Nice-building. There is an elevator to the 4th 1/2 floor, then just a few steps of stairs.

Even though this is a neighbourhood with lots of fun things going on (no nightclubs), the apartment is calm and quiet, even with windows open.

We enjoy getting fresh croissants from the baker on the ground floor from early morning, and really enjoy the neighbourhood - it's the real Nice! You will love to stay here!
