In the historic centre of Avignon. Superb 3 bedroom apartment at the foot of the Rocher des Doms just behind the Palais des Papes.
In a small building completely renovated in 2021, the apartment has private access to a jacuzzi and a patio and shared access to a swimming pool.
3 bedrooms, an open kitchen and living room at garden level and a TV room downstairs.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped overlooking the patio.
The apartment is air-conditioned. Parking space included.
The space
Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed, the third has two single beds. All have space to store your clothes. There are two bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower and toilet) and a separate toilet.
Guest access
Possibile to park in front of the building to load and unload the car.
A parking space is included in the rental price (a few minutes walk from the apartment).
A second parking space is available at the price of €40 per week (minimum 7 day reservation).
Other things to note
No more than five minutes walk to the Palais des Papes, Pont d'Avignon, Les Halles central market and Place de l'Horloge. Avignon is a small town with no need for a car.
Within 30 minutes of the town (by car or guided tour) you can discover the villages of the Lubéron region of Provence, the vineyards of Les Côtes du Rhône and the Pont du Gard. The towns of Nîmes and Arles are a little further. Marseille and the Camargue are about one hour away.
Avignon is about seven hours by car from Paris and just under three by high-speed train. Avignon TGV station is a 10-minute drive or taxi ride from the apartment with very regular trains from Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nice and Barcelona.
