Linen is provided (bed sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival.

Extra fees :
Late arrivals, supplements apply:
30€ between 8pm and 10pm,
50€ between 10pm and 11pm,
80€ after 11pm.
Check-out/check-in: until 11am maximum.
Depending on the agreed time, we'll meet you at the apartment to collect the keys.
Sundays and public holidays:
If you plan to arrive or depart on a Sunday or a French calendar holiday, a surcharge of €30 applies, to be paid on arrival.
Cleaning:
The price for cleaning in the advertisement corresponds to a stay of less than two weeks.Â
If your stay is longer than two weeks, the price of cleaning will be doubled. You will be asked to pay the balance.Â
Example: in a case where the initial cleaning is 60€, for more than two weeks, it will be 120€.
