This intricate 2 level property offers three luxurious en-suite bedrooms over rhe ground floor and one master bedroom in the first floor.

The modern kitchen comes fully equipped. It offers guests the best appliances for all cooking and catering needs, including a Nespresso coffee machine, electric cooker, hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The long infinity pool is by a spacious sun terrace facing the coastline, offering guests complete relaxation in day-long sunshine.

The driveway leads to our garden terrace. There is an extra parking bay at the villa's entrance. The villa is secured by an alarm system and a safe, electric gate, which offers guests an outstanding level of security.

Refundable breakage Deposit

We will block a refundable breakage deposit of €3,000 upon arrival for extra services or damages. This refundable breakage deposit can be prepaid by credit card(s) or cash. House Rules Concerning neighbouring villas and local Spanish laws, parties, loud music and loud noise that disturbs our neighbours are forbidden. Quiet hours are from 22:00 until 9:00. We kindly ask you to respect our neighbours. Please be respectful if you want to play music, especially at night. Installing any DJ equipment or sound system on the property is strictly forbidden. Failure to follow the no-party policy will lead to immediate removal from the property without warning and a refund! If throwing a not permitted party and creating loud noises during night times (quiet hours!) might lead to the loss of electricity. By booking this listing, you agree that you will follow the house rules and be a respectful guest, and if you do not follow the house rules and create loud party noises at night times, a loss of electricity won't be an issue for you. Furthermore, you agree that you will need to leave the property without a refund if breaking the house rules. Before check-out, if you moved any furniture, please return them to where they were at check-in. Please remove the big rubbish bags from your villa. Please do not leave or store rubbish bags outside the villa to not attract unwelcome animals for you and the following guests. At check-in, we will instruct you where to find the garbage containers. Check-in time starts at 16:00 until 21:00; check-out time is 10:00. We can only allow later check-out times if there are no new arrivals on the same day. The villa is a self-serviced property with a starter kit of toilette paper, soap, trash bags, detergent for the dishwasher, bed linen and three towels per person. Smoking is only permitted outside or on balconies of the property. It is not allowed inside the property. The use of the swimming pool is at the guest's own risk. Guests are expressly advised not to allow unsupervised children near the pool. We will provide you with three sets of keys for the property at check-in. Please keep them safe, as, in the event of a loss, we will need to change locks and reprogram the security alarm and gate remote at your expense. Guests are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order. The guest must pay for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Guests are responsible for the security of their villa during occupancy. The rental rate is valid for the confirmed number of guests. Extra guests will be charged per night for the total stay.
