Villa Cal Beato has been recently restored with the aim to become a special holiday home, uniquely located within walking distance to the old town of Pollensa. Surrounded by beautiful gardens with private pool and attractive outdoor dining areas, Cal Beato welcomes its guests in stylish interiors able to easily accommodate up to 8 people in 4 airy bedrooms.
Large gates open into the driveway and lead up to the villa. The front door opens into an open-plan lounge/dining room with cream coloured sofas, a stylish dining table, chairs and an American style fitted kitchen. Large French windows open out to a huge covered terrace, which overlooks the pool with its wide Roman steps into it. Off the lounge/dining room is a twin bedroom with en-suite full shower room, a double bedroom and a shower room.
A staircase leads up to the upper floor, with a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a picture window overlooking the gardens. These bedrooms share a family shower room. The decor within the villa is stylish and the fittings and fixtures are of an excellent standard.
The generously sized private swimming pool is surrounded by grass and has established hibiscus trees nearby, together with shrubs and Mediterranean flowers. Adjacent to the pool area is a superb covered barbecue terrace - ideal for entertaining around the pool and gardens while enjoying al-fresco dining. The views from the pool area, with the Tramuntana mountains on the background, are stunning and relaxing at the same time: perfect for long lazy hours under the warm Mallorcan sun.
