This wonderful property located in Denia welcomes 6 guests.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of an urbanization just a few meters from the sea. Outside you will find a large shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 15m x 7m and a depth range between 1.1m and 2.2m, which will be ideal for cooling off on the hottest days. The little ones will also be able to play in peace, as there is a paddling pool with a depth of 0.6m. Please note that privacy is partial, as there are neighbours nearby.
Inside you will find all the comforts you can imagine. The beautiful dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV will be the perfect place to rest and relax. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, there are three double bedrooms, two of them with TV. A bathroom with shower completes the room. If you wish, you can use the fans, the radiator, the washing machine, the iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
Denia is a town located on the Mediterranean coast and is known for its beautiful beaches, rich history and lively maritime atmosphere. One of its main attractions is its historic castle, a hilltop fortress with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and an interesting archaeological museum inside. In addition to its castle, Denia has a wide variety of fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters that stretch along more than 20 kilometres of coastline. Some of the most popular are Las Marinas, Les Rotes and Els Molins. Denia's marina is one of the most important on the Costa Blanca and has a large number of restaurants and shops, making it an ideal place to enjoy a stroll by the sea. For hiking enthusiasts, we recommend a visit to the Montó Natural Park, where you can enjoy the outdoors and nature.
