The house is divided into 3 floors, on the ground floor we have a large and beautiful entrance, a dining room equipped for 6 people, a living room with satellite TV and DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The house is located in an elevated area of the village, the access through the street is steep and narrow, so it is recommended to park the car in a car park nearby, as the house does not have it and in the same street you can not park. on the other hand can also be accessed by the staircase of Calvario, in this case it is only possible on foot.
Within walking distance there is a wide variety of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach is only 6 km away, and you can choose between Puerto Pollensa and the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente, Pollensa is also the starting point for countless excursions on foot or by bicycle.
