Modern and stylish, Finca La Vinya Gran is a spectacular holiday home with private swimming pool and perfectly located just 5 minutes drive away from the old town of Pollensa and conveniently close to the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Cala San Vicente.
Featuring five bedrooms, extensive outdoor areas, a stunning contemporary design and panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains to the bay of Pollensa beyond, this villa is set to impress.
The ground floor comprises an enormous and airy lounge/dining area complete with comfortable sofas, modern furniture and a large dining table complete with ten chairs. From here, two glass patio doors not only provide access to the garden and covered terrace, but also offer stunning views of the surrounding area and the pool. Off the dining area, there is a long corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor: there is a double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further twin bedroom and a shower room.
