Our approx. 62 sqm, modernly furnished holiday flat (at an altitude of approx. 600 metres), which was completely renovated in 2023, is located in a quiet residential area in Winterberg-Niedersfeld.
The flat offers a fantastic view! Good starting point for activities such as hiking, cycling, mountain biking and skiing, cross-country skiing, but also water skiing on the Hillebachsee. In the immediate vicinity there is a cycle junction with signposted routes. The holiday flat is about 400m from the edge of the forest and 500m from the centre of the village (where there is a Netto supermarket, hairdresser, petrol station, kebab shop, snack bar, but also bike hire and ski hire).
The balcony with a marvellous southern view over Niedersfeld can be reached from the living room. There is also a second balcony (accessible from the bedroom) with a beautiful view to the west (of course with chairs and table). Children's high chair and travel cot are available. Free fast WLAN is available throughout the living area.
There is a children's playground about 150 metres away. Covered parking space for car or motorbike is available. Bicycles, mountain bikes, snowboards, skis etc. can also be stored in a locked room. An (electric) boot dryer for 8 pairs of ski boots or winter boots is available in the room.
