The holiday apartment is very close to the lake and the forest on the outskirts of Neustrelitz, in the midst of the Mecklenburger Kleinseeplatte by the well-known MĂĽritz National Park.

The outdoor area includes a tool shed for storing bicycles. The terrace provides garden furniture and a grill. The site is fenced and also suitable for dogs.

The apartment is on the ground floor with its own site and separate entrance and measures around 70m². It welcomes you with a generous living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room is a combined lounge and bedroom, as it has a sofa suite and also a double bed (180 x 200cm). The comfortable combination is rounded off by a cable flatscreen TV with Internet and a DVD player. The bathroom is spacious and has a semicircular shower, a WC and a washbasin, as well as a bath for relaxing and a towel radiator. The apartment has under-floor heating throughout. Internet access is free of charge and a supplementary guest bed is available.

The area with its many lakes offers a range of water sports. There is a riding farm about 400 metres away. It is about 300 metres to the beach at DomjĂĽchsee where you can swim in the lake. There are many other swimming and fishing lakes nearby. The nearest restaurants and shops are about 1500 metres away and the centre about 4km.

As the owner himself is a hunter and fisherman, you can hire a motorboat or a canoe or book a hunting or fishing trip.
