The house also has a small, enclosed garden with a wooden terrace, garden furniture and a parasol.

The interior design is particularly tasteful and reflects the charm and character of the 60 m² detached house. The attention to detail is recognisable in every single room. The tiled bedroom has a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a TV as well as underfloor heating and a radiator to keep you cosy and warm in winter. The living room is furnished with a fireplace, flat-screen TV with satellite connection, stereo system and underfloor heating.
