This gorgeous new house is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood in the town of Samara.
Enjoy the large private backyard and pool where you can listen to the birds and watch the monkeys in the trees.
Just an 8-minute walk to the beautiful Beach of Sarama and a 10-minute walk to the bustling downtown with the shops, bars and restaurants. The Super Iguana Verde, a good size supermarket and liquor store is a 3-minutes’ walk away.
There are also 2 bike rental shops very close by.
There are 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and smart TV.
One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom and there is a third complete bathroom for the other guests.
There is also a large family room with a large smart TV, 2 desks, and 2 sofas which can be used as single beds, ideal for children.
There is a half bathroom adjacent to the kitchen and an outdoor shower near the pool.
All bedrooms have A/C.
Internet is through fiber optics cable.
The kitchen if fully equipped to cook all meals at home and there is an 8-person dinning table on the terrasse. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance!
Samara is a great vacation town for kids, with its safe beach and gentle waves, lots of beach and water sports including surf lessons for children and adults.
