The chalet, dating back to 1679 and situated at an altitude of 1,800 metres, carries centuries of history within its walls, stories of snow and sunshine, of long winters and radiant summers. Yet it is not a museum, but a living retreat: warm, inviting, and carefully modernised. Something truly SPECIAL, we promise!
Inside, every creak speaks not of wear, but of character. Natural wood embraces the living spaces like a second nature. Antique furniture stands proudly, as if it has always belonged there, shaped by time rather than trends. In between, there is warmth, light, and tranquillity.
The chalet accommodates two adults and two children, or alternatively three adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, a large 140 cm TV, a washing machine, and a dryer are naturally available, yet they remain discreetly in the background.
Outside, two beautiful seating areas open onto breathtaking mountain scenery. The view stretches across valleys and ridges, revealing everything that makes the Alps so special: clarity, grandeur, and silence. The mountain air is crisp enough to lighten your thoughts and pure enough to carry them afar. Somewhere amidst this world of rock and sky, you may discover the feeling that everything essential is already there.
This is a chalet that offers more than shelter, it offers perspective. A place that remains in your memory long after you have left.
Nestled in an exclusive landscape between the village of Törbel (1,500 m) and the Moosalp (2,045 m), the chalet overlooks the Saas Valley and the Zermatt Valley, with views plunging more than 1,000 metres below. Enjoy sunshine from morning until evening, even during winter, and admire nine peaks rising above 4,000 metres.
The chalet is located in a small, historic hamlet in a very peaceful setting. The walk from the parking area to the chalet is approximately 150 metres.
Activities in the area include hiking, mountaineering, sledging, alpine skiing, and cross-country skiing.
I also own two other chalets, one with more than 80 excellent reviews (since 2015) and the other with over 50 excellent reviews (since 2021).
