The Myrica features a beautiful large bedroom on a mezzanine, accessible by staircase.
A peaceful, quiet, and rejuvenating place, Myrica is perfect for a couple or a small family, as there are two queen beds in the open area, with the possibility of sleeping up to six guests thanks to a sofa bed. However, the accommodation is not suitable for six adults.
Please note that the yurt is not adapted for young children, babies, or people with reduced mobility.

This luxurious yurt includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare a great meal. You will have access to all utensils, cutlery, plates, a fondue kit, and cooking bowls. A propane barbecue is also available for grilling, as well as an outdoor fire pit.
In the morning, you can enjoy a delicious coffee thanks to the Keurig machine (one Keurig pod per adult per day is included).

Myrica also features a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a luxury composting toilet. In addition, a washer-dryer is available inside the accommodation.
The unit includes bed linens, towels, and washcloths for the shower.
As an eco-friendly lodging, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, and hand soap are provided for your stay. We use ecological products from Pure and Oneka, made with safe, natural ingredients.

The accommodation also features a private wood-heated Nordic bath, built directly into one of your decks, which leads to an outdoor catamaran net.
You will also have access to the Pelletier River, located just 500 feet away. In the evening, a series of lights will guide your steps. You’ll enjoy a stunning view over the river and access via stairs that descend the mountainside.

By booking La Myrica, you will have access to the entire accommodation. A private parking area with two spaces is included with your stay.

Dogs are allowed on a leash (under 50 lbs).
Please bring a crate and the bowls necessary for their comfort. Dogs cannot be left alone inside the mini-house unless they are secured in a crate. Cats are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

There is no television in the accommodation, but you will have internet access so you can stay connected, even while working remotely. I am always available by phone or email if you have any questions!

Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

As you are in the heart of the forest, it is normal to occasionally encounter wildlife, insects, or other small critters. This is completely normal and not related to the cleanliness of the accommodation. Since you are surrounded by nature, please ensure that doors remain tightly closed to avoid letting small animals inside.
Also, although the yurt is accessible via Fjord Road, it is made of fabric, so it is possible to hear vehicles passing in the distance.

The wood-heated spa is open year-round for an exceptional experience!
The private Nordic bath works in two steps: heating the water using a wood fire while listening to the river in the heart of nature.
If you are not comfortable making a fire, you may not be able to enjoy the installation to its fullest.
