Very bright and cozy, our home is located in a very quiet dead end street in a buzzing neighbourhood.
You will love our backyard with its veggie garden, BBQ, and fire pit. Feel free to pick up fresh and delicious veggies. Oh, and did we mentionned the hammocks?

The space
On the main floor, you will find a bright and charming open dining and living area with a fully equipped kitchen. From there, you can step outside on the deck into the backyard. The fully fenced backyard is a great place to enjoy with its veggie garden (summer months), bbq, dining area, and fire pit.
On the 1st level, you will find a large master bedroom with a working space as well as 2 other bedrooms and a family-sized 4-pieces bathroom.
On the basement, you will find a large family room that can be converted in another bedroom, a 3-pieces bathroom and the laundry room.
Guest access
You will have access to all level of the house as well as the backyard.
There are 2 parking spots in the driveway.
Self check-in.
Please note that you won't have access to the garage.
