Modern and tastefully decorated, the apartment comes with open living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room features a comfy sofa and smart TV where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows which showcase the stunning city views and lets in sunlight that brightens the space throughout the day.

There is also a spacious balcony with a seating area where you can take in the breathtaking views, even more so at night.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. If you fancy dining in, there's a dining area big enough to seat 6 people.

The 2 bedrooms contain a king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens.

The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire home including the shared swimming pool and the gym.

Zabeel 2 is a bustling business district located in the heart of Dubai. The area is home to some of the city's most popular attractions, including the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, Dubai Garden Glow, Dubai Ice Rink, Dubai Sports World, and Zabeel Palace. The Block is a popular shopping destination, and visitors can find a range of restaurants and bars in the area, including Gaia Dubai, Zuma, Carnival by Trèsind, and LPM Restaurant and Bar. The area is also home to the Capital Club Dubai, a popular business and social club. The Museum of The Future is located in close proximity to Zabeel 2 and is a must-see for visitors to Dubai.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The closest station is Emirates Towers Metro Station (an 11-minute walk).

Dubai International Airport is just a 15-minute drive from the apartment.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before your arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department in order to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and registered on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee, at a minimum.
