One- bedroom Villa located by the lake in front of a cenote. The house has private access to the lake with a dock, garden, terrace, outdoor and indoor dining, outdoor hammocks, living room, kitchen with induction stove, fridge, cooler, microwave oven, juicer, air fryer, blender and basic cutlery. The bedroom has 2 beds: one king size and one individual, suits 3 people comfortably, we have an additional double air mattress that could fit in the bedroom or living room. The bedroom and living room both have A/C but cannot be on at the same time. There are also ceiling fans in both spaces. We have a big garden that kids and pets love. You can park inside the premises or at street level free of cost and hassle.

Most private boat tours can pick you up by the the dock.
