Villa PietraSerena by Elite Villas is an exclusive villa with infinity pool and amazing views, furnished with items of value and elegance. Many services are included such as daily cleaning, pool&garden maintenance and extra services on request. Our staff will give all the assistance needed during your stay.
The charming villa is composed of a main building of 160 square meters. distributed on two levels. On the ground floor we have a double room with direct access to the patio area with table, chairs and sofas; an adjacent bathroom and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, Also with direct access to the patio. A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the patio. Upstairs we have a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The room leads to a terrace from which you can admire a wonderful view of Capri and the Bay of Naples. This room has a separate entrance which is accessed by a large garden. Outside there is a large barbecue area with kitchen, living area under the beautiful pergola, and with a beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi, surrounded by a solarium equipped with sun loungers and a convenient outdoor shower with hot water. The entire outdoor area is equipped with hifi. All televisions are smart tv with free internet connection. Porters are mandatory to reach the house with a fee of 35€/ luggage to be paid on site.
