Villa Ciuridda is a modern villa located in a quiet residential area, just 800 mt away from the sandy beach of Calatubo in Alcamo Marina.
The access is from the first floor, accessible via an external marble staircase. You access the villa from an open space with a modern kitchen corner and a living room furnished with a dining table, a sofa and a smart TV. The room is very bright thanks to the big sea view window that overlooks the terrace equipped with a table and chairs and the garden.
The sleeping area is made up of 1 single bedroom and 2 double bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms has a bathtub that enriches the room and a en-suite bathroom with a shower. On request, it is possible to add a single bed in the double bedroom for the 6th person. At guests disposal there is a further bathroom with a shower.
The villa is furnished in a modern and functional style, with attention to the smallest details. The 2 double bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.
The villa is fenced and surrounded by a beautiful garden where it is located the solarium with the 11x4 mt swimming pool.
