House with a landscaped garden, swimming pool, and south-facing terrace. We rent our family villa with a swimming pool, located in Anglet (Aguilera district), on the outskirts of Biarritz, 2 km from Biarritz's Grande Plage and Anglet's Chambre d'Amour beach (we get around by bike in the summer). The TramBus stop is just a few meters from the house, with a direct line to Biarritz's Grande Plage and the city center (5 stops). Shops are 100 meters away: bakery, Carrefour City supermarket, pharmacy, rotisserie/deli, and takeaway pizza. The kitchen is brand new, fully equipped, and functional, opening onto the living room with access to the outdoor dining area through a large bay window. The living room has large bay windows opening onto the pool and garden furniture. Electric awnings are installed in the living room and kitchen. The terrace is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, and sun loungers. L-shaped 10m x 4m saltwater swimming pool, unheated, secured by an alarm and removable safety barriers.
Outdoor dining table and gas griddle available.
