Just down the street from the harbor, the old city center, the beaches and the famous Thalasso center, in a peaceful neighborhood, we are happy to welcome you in our typical « bretonne » house, fully refurbished and very bright.
The ground floor includes a living room, dining room and kitchen which provide access to the garden both through the main entrance and a back door from the kitchen. It also includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with an Italian shower and toilets.
The first floor has three large bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub, Italian shower and toilets.
A washing and drying machine are available in the basement.
The house is surrounded by a closed off private garden
