This cozy 80 m² log semi-detached house, completed in 2005, offers excellent facilities for families, groups of friends, and golfers alike. With its peaceful location amidst nature, maritime environment, and great leisure opportunities, this destination is the perfect place to relax all year round.
At the heart of the cabin is a bright and cozy combined kitchen/living room, ideal for shared meals and socializing. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with separate beds, a bathroom with a toilet, an electric sauna, and a separate toilet. The upper floor offers four additional sleeping places, providing ample accommodation for larger groups.
A highlight of the cabin is the terrace, where you can enjoy the maritime atmosphere and the tranquility of nature with your morning coffee or evening sunset. The area's popular golf course is only about 800 meters away, making this an excellent choice for golf enthusiasts as well.
The sea is just about 100 meters away. You have access to a shared lakeshore area with three cabins, featuring a small sandy beach suitable for swimming and enjoying summer days. Additionally, another shared sandy beach for cabin residents is located about 200 meters away.
