Unser frisch kernsaniertes Chalet ist eine Idylle mit einem Panorama auf die 4000Bergkette Richtung Zermatt. Es liegt in der Verkehsberuhigten Zone (Kinderfreundlich) in der Heimine 616 in erster Reihe. Es sind ca. 800m zum Dorfplatz. Wir haben einen 100m2 grossen Garten mit einer 60m2 grossen Gartenterasse und einem 40m2 grossen Balkon.
Das besondere an unserem Chalet ist die Komplettverglasung des Obergeschosses der Südfront die viel Licht und Wärme für ein Wohlfühlambiete im Ess-Wohnbereich sorgt.
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 7Tage Basis zum Pauschalmietpreis an. Zzgl. der gesetzlichen örtlichen Kurtaxe und Reinigungspauschale von 360CHF, Bettwäsche p.P. 15CHF und Dusch/Badetuch pro Tuch.
The house has 2 floors. The raised ground floor/entrance area with a reduit (washing machine/dryer/cloakroom) and a guest toilet is connected by a staircase to the living-dining area. On the 1st floor, in addition to the spacious living-dining area, there is also the children's room, a double room and a small shower/bathroom/toilet.
In addition to 2 guest rooms (double beds), the Peterre also has a small shower bathroom and a large wellness area with a spacious bathtub, sauna, shower and a separate toilet.
On the ground floor you can access the garden via the wellness area or one of the guest rooms.
