On the very quiet southern shore of Lake Wörthersee - directly on the Dellach golf course with a beautiful view of Lake Wörthersee.
Golf restaurant with café and beautiful terrace approx. 200 metres away (our house is 50 metres above the tee-off for hole 18 'par3').
Bathing area - beach - well done: For swimming, 250m to the right of the house is a newly modernised small public pool with sunbathing area, changing rooms and café.
The boat landing stage for trips to Velden, Pörtschach and Klagenfurt is also within walking distance, 300 metres to the left of the house.
Only 100 metres from the house is a gourmet restaurant (Wallner) and directly in front of it on the lake: "Restaurant Südsee" - you sit directly on the water.
