Beautiful old flat in a traditional Viennese townhouse, built around 1903, on the 2nd floor. There is a lift which can be reached after 7 steps.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed of 1.40 m width and a single bed, in another room there is a bunk bed for up to 3 people and in the 3rd room there is a double bed of 1.40 m width. The living room has a large dining table and a cosy couch, which can also be converted into a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom is equipped with 2 washbasins, 1 shower and 1 bathtub. As is customary in the old Viennese town houses, the WC is located in a separate room.

Directly opposite the house is the underground (line U6) as well as a bakery and a supermarket, tram (lines 40, 41 and 42) and Citybike station around the corner, nice restaurants within walking distance (burgers, Indian, Italian, cafés, Austrian home cooking, vegan, etc.), in 10 minutes in the old town or on the Danube Island.
